As Milky Way enters 2020 (and our 25th year in business!), we thought it was time to share our sustainability initiatives that have been in practice at the boutique for some time. We invite you to join along as we explore sustainability and conscious choices in the fashion industry, as business owners, and as members of our community, in the paradise that is Crested Butte.

In an industry where the environment doesn’t always come first, at Milky Way we choose to purchase from environmentally-conscious companies whenever possible. By focusing on U.S.-made, fair-trade, and eco-friendly products we can help to set the right tone and make choices beyond convenience.
